strategies

the aim of this intervention is to create a certain functional and spatial accumulation.

an unitary building created by addition of elements of a great simplicity, constructive and formal.

 there is some density,functional more than materal, in which voids play a fundamental role.dwelling typologies are developed on the base of a constructive and spatial infraestructure which provides flexibility.

each family grows and changes and so does the house…

the housing units are structured to both sides of the central staircase with instalations. conventional rooms or new spaces are attached to this core, according to the normal, changing or not necessities of the family.

but more than a place in which to hide, the house is a part of the urban life.

public space  is unfolded into two levels: ground level, open, public roof level: semi-private, shared and a third stratus, the private open space in relation (visual, physical) with the two others. this system allows a perceptive density.
